I’m going to be joining Ashlee in her challenge to lose 20 lbs. in 20 weeks. Ashlee has a very inspiring fitness blog, along with a cooking blog, and created the challenge to help her complete her 100 lbs. weight loss goal! I am always in so much awe of people who have lost such a tremendous amount of weight.
The challenge will have weekly weigh-ins, tips and recipes from Ashlee and the other challengers, and some much needed support. I do not necessarily need to lose 20, but I wouldn’t complain if I lost 15, or even 10 ;)
So far there are 131 people signed up! And it’s not too late if you’d like to join too. She’s going to put us in groups (if you’d like) with people with similar goals and starting weights. I’m looking forward to the accountability this will make me have week after week. Might be the swift kick to the rear I need.

I signed up for it, even though I thought it was too late. She let me in! YAY!
